The MVYC ICT Department exists to facilitate Institute’s academics and research business processes and to improve decision making by ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and operational environments. As we work to maintain a robust and secure IT infrastructure that supports teaching and learning.

Our Department creates and manages Institute corporate email accounts. Corporate email accounts are mail accounts that given to staff and students by the Department of Institute ICT Services. The Institute reserves all rights to revoke these emails at any time in case there is a misuse.

The Department provides both hardware and software services to all our clients E.g. network maintenance, printer installation and other related support. We use an open source ticketing system to support our Staff and students.
